Distilled Water and Your Health

Distilled water is one of the worldís best and purest waters! It is excellent for detoxification and fasting programs and for helping clean out all the cells, organs, and fluids of the body because it can help carry away so many harmful substances! Water from chemically-treated public water systems, and even from many wells and springs, is likely to be loaded with poisonous chemicals and toxic trace elements. The water in our homes, offices, schools, hospitals, etc., is likely to be overloaded with zinc (from old fashioned galvanized pipes) or with copper and cadmium (from copper pipes).

Ask yourself these questions: How can I stop the chemicals and inorganic minerals from turning my brain and body into stone? How can I stop my joints from becoming stiff and cemented? How can I help stop the formation of gall, kidney, and bladder stones? How can I keep my arteries, veins and capillaries from this unnatural hardening? How can I prolong youth? How can I delay the onset of premature aging?

The temperature of the body is controlled through water. The amount of water in the human body averages 65%. Water makes up 92% of the blood of the body. You have 15 billion brain cells which are 70% water.

A sign of dehydration is constipation. Burning, irritating urine is another sign. When you drink a glass of water, it goes directly to your stomach. Part of the water is absorbed directly into your blood stream through the walls of the stomach. The remainder goes to the intestines to keep the food you eat in a liquid state while being absorbed; this is later absorbed directly into the blood.

The right kind of water is one of your best natural protections against all kinds of virus infections, such as influenza, pneumonia, whooping cough, measles, and other infectious diseases. When the body tissues are kept supplied with the correct amount of water, they can fight off the attacks of viruses. If the body cells are water starved, they become parched, dry, and shrivel, making it easy for viruses to attack.

One of the most important functions of water is to flush out toxins and salt from the body. People who drink the right amount of liquids (distilled water, fresh fruits and vegetables and their juices) have better circulation which is most important to super-health and long life.

Water improves your mind and brain power. Excessive nervous people and/or the mentally upset person dopes himself on alcohol, tea, coffee, and cola drinks and thus complicates his nervous condition by burning, toxic acid forms in the stomach with no food or water to dilute it. So he also suffers from depression, acid stomach, heartburn, gas bloat, and other miseries. Instead of drinking water, these people dope up on aspirin, cigarettes and other stimulants.



There are 2 kinds of chemicals, inorganic and organic. The inorganic chemicals like chlorine, alum, and sodium fluoride cannot be healthfully utilized by the living tissues of the body. Our body chemistry is composed of 19 organic minerals, which must come from that which is living or has lived. Even though the soil contains 16 inorganic minerals, our bodies cannot absorb them efficiently enough to sustain life. Only a living plant can convert inorganic minerals into organic minerals. Only plants.

Chlorine, alum, calcium carbonate, magnesium, carbonate, potassium carbonate, and other inorganic minerals are put into our drinking water for cleanliness. The human body needs only hydrogen and oxygen as a natural solvent in the body chemistry.


Hardening of the Arteries

Calcium carbonate, or lime, is the important ingredient in making cement or concrete. This is mainly responsible for the "hardening of the arteries". Doctors call it "arteriosclerosis", which most people believe to be a natural condition that comes with the passing of the years. It turns the brain to stone. Hardening of the arteries and calcification of the blood vessels starts on the day you are born, because from birth we start taking inorganic chemicals into our bodies.

Tuberculosis will be cured by distilled water, good nutrition, sunshine, fresh air, and deep breathing exercises. No drugs of any kind are necessary. You must drink ONLY distilled water, snow water, vegetable and fruit juices. If someone is really sick, they should go on a 1 week to ten day fast to get rid of the toxic wastes in the body, with distilled water (hot or cold) flavored with fresh lemon juice and ľ to Ĺ teaspoon of honey if desired. The body is a self-healing and self-repairing instrument.

The stiffness in all movable joints is not due to the number of years one has lived. Time is not toxic. The stiffness is brought on by a combination of toxic acid crystals from an unbalanced, acid diet and drinking water saturated with inorganic minerals and chemicals (hard water for instance). Fasting helps to dissolve these encrustationís which have been deposited in these joints.

The misery of arthritis is caused by hard water saturated with inorganic minerals and an unbalanced diet, forming acid crystals in the movable joints, plus inactivity of the body in general. Every effect must have a cause. There is a reason why things happen in the body. Failure to live Godís way is the cause of most human miseries.

If calcium and magnesium come from limestone, they are inorganic. Regardless of how they are powdered and baked, they cannot become part of the organic chemistry of the body. Beware of any pill that is extracted from "mineral-rich earth".

The problem of being overweight will be cured also. Gall stones will be safely squeezed out through the common duct into the small intestine and be eliminated. Kidney stones will be eliminated as well.

Poor memory and senility is caused by the arteries becoming corroded with encrustationís of inorganic materials. These are diseases of degeneration. This is what we blame on passing yearsÖnot on how we have lived. Senility is actually oxygen starvation of the brain. Soybeans are exceptionally rich in lecithin, and should be eaten several times weekly. Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds are all healthful brain foods. The brain needs phosphorus. Itís found in all kinds of beans, such as pinto beans, garbanza beans, dried lima beans and lentils. Other sources are all 100% whole grains, brown rice, almonds, peanuts and walnuts. Lean meat, egg yolk, and natural, unprocessed cheese contain organic phosphorus.


Every mineral matters

The body contains 19 essential mineral elements, all of which must be derived from food:

Calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium are vital for the growth and maintenance of bone.

Potassium, sodium, and chlorine give body fluids their composition and stability.

Calcium, phosphorus and sulfur are essential constituents of all body cells from which all organs and tissues are composed.

Magnesium, iron, and phosphorus are parts of enzyme systems concerned with the release of energy from food.

Iodine is important to the thyroid gland which controls growth and the rate at which energy is used.

Copper and iron are needed for the formation of red blood cells.

Sulfur and cobalt are used in the synthesis of some vitamins by the body.

Zinc is an essential part of the insulin molecule.

Organic sodium is a powerful chemical solvent and neutralizer of toxic waste products. In contrast, table salt (inorganic sodium chloride) not only is unnecessary but is actually harmful in the body chemistry.

Organic sodium in combination with chlorine it is one of the principal constituents of lymph. For the transmission of the electric induction current, which is generated in the nerve spirals by iron of the blood, a salty liquid is necessary (as is shown by the construction of electric batteries). Organic sodium plays an important part in the formation of saliva, pancreatic juice and bile. Itís a fat fighter. It helps to keep the waxy killer, cholesterol, at normal levels of 150-180. Sodium is essential in purifying the system from carbonaceous waste products. But again, it must be in organic form, as contained in fruits and vegetables.

Common table salt (inorganic sodium chloride) can form stones in the body. Salt can cause encrustationís in the arteries, veins, and capillaries. Salt can waterlog body tissues, making them flabby and without skin or muscle tone. Salt users have high elevations of blood pressure. Inorganic salt is indigestible and, when eaten in large quantities, cannot be eliminated from the system. It is therefore deposited in the tissues of the body, and the craving for water develops from the bodyís attempt to make the salt soluble. Thus the tissues, and the vital organs, become waterlogged. When this condition reaches the heart, we have congested heart failure. With hardened arteries and tissues, plus the flabbiness from waterlogging, the heart cannot function.

Many times, overweight and obesity is caused by waterlogged tissue. This will continue if such people use salt on their foods, eat salty canned fish, salted butter, ham, bacon, lunch meats, salted canned vegetables, salted frozen dinners, salted cheese, salted popcorn and salted nuts. The kidneys are most affected by salt. They become weakened and unable to eliminate the large amount of salt, which is then returned to the tissues. The liver is another one. These organs get damaged by drinking non-distilled water mixed with coffee, tea, alcohol, colas, and other soft drinks plus catsup, mustard, and other seasonings with high salt concentration.

The correct salt to us is Solar Sea Salt, which can be gotten at any health food store. This salt is organic and is utilized by the body, unlike table salt which is deposited in the tissues because the body cannot digest inorganic salt.

No wonder most people sicken and die before their time. Man does not die. He kills himself by faulty haphazard living.


Joint Calcification

Bone spurs and calcified formations are insoluble deposits that get into tissues and moveable joints from consuming water loaded with inorganic minerals, salt, and uric acid, plus toxic crystals from an incorrect diet high in acid. Meat, potatoes, refined flower, white bread, coffee, tea, sugary desserts, starchy and fatty foods, and proteins are all high in acid content. Fruits and vegetables (with a few exceptions) are alkaline forming. A balanced diet is one that is about 3/5 alkaline and 2/5 acid.

Inorganic minerals, salt and toxic acid crystals can deform the toe and finger nails. They deform feet and make walking extremely painful, and are a hideous sight. Inorganic material is a major cause of poor posture. People whose feet are so loaded with inorganic calcification that they simply lift their feet up and put them down, no spring in their step. Many walk like ducks with toes pointing outward to the sides. Others are stooped and bent out of shape. Some walk with no knee action. You see those whose steps are unsteady because their joints are so cemented; while others are so out of balance that they sway from side to side as they hobble along. Heads are carried too far forward, throwing the body off its balance.

By the time people are 40, they are plagued with low back pain. When they bend over it is positive agony. The whole lower spine is cemented with inorganic calcification. By the time one is 40, he has worn out much of the cartilage that acts as a cushion to the spinal bones.

Because most humans are totally ignorant about what to put into their bodies, very few escape being one of the living dead. They drag themselves through life, relying on some kind of medication to keep them going. They need a "pep" pill to keep them going during the day and a sleeping pill to put them to sleep at night.

Even the most primitive people, living under the most natural conditions, suffered and died before their time because they drank inorganic mineralized water. For example, American Indians who lived a thousand years ago in Wisconsin had arthritis because they drank the Lake Michigan water, which is heavily saturated with inorganic minerals. Even the mummies of ancient Egypt, some 2500 years or more, show arthritis and other diseases due to drinking Nile River water. Every time a person turns on the water faucet and drinks water that has been chemicalized with chlorine, fluoride, and is saturated with calcium carbonate and other inorganic minerals, he is jeopardizing his health and life! The human body cannot utilize any inorganic mineral, whether it comes from a well, spring, river, lake or ocean.

Among the many manifestations of inorganic calcification are broken facial capillaries. You will often see the smallest blood vessels, slender as hairs, showing near the skin. When these tiny capillaries become encrusted, they expand in size and often rupture, making purplish or reddish blotches. Blocked by inorganic minerals and no longer able to handle the circulation of the blood.

Many people of all ages suffer with poor circulation. Some have cold hands, even on warm days. Many have cold feet. By age 60, most people have patches of small, blue, broken and expanded veins around their feet and ankles. Poor circulation is most noticeable in the hands and feet because the blood has farther to go from the heart to reach these extremities. When the veins become clogged, the blood trickles through, barely able to bring nourishment and warmth.

Many humans are plagued by head noises, ringing, buzzing sounds, and pounding in the ears. The blood vessels in the ears have become hardened and obstructed with inorganic mineral encrustationís. In time, the blood vessels of the ears become so clogged that the person gradually goes deaf.

Inorganic minerals have a degenerating effect upon the eyes. When the capillaries are encrusted, glasses are prescribed. After a time, stronger glasses are necessary, and sometimes blindness occurs. You have 3 vicious enemies to the eyes: inorganic mineral water, toxic poisons from acid forming food, and uric acid from a diet too heavy in animal proteins.


Do this test to see how much calcification you have:

Stand erect, hands loosely at sides. Now lower the head to the chest and start a slow rolling movement, around and around. Many people can feel the inorganic calcification grating as they roll their heads. This shows that there has been a definite infiltration of insoluble minerals and toxic acid crystals in the head of the atlas, the spine bone upon which the head rests.

Also test the moveable joints of the body. Do you have stiffness? How limber is your spine? Can you raise your hands over your head and bend forward with the knees stiff to touch the floor with your fingertips? Are you limber enough to place the palm of your hands on the floor as you keep the knees stiff?

Stand with your back to a wall. Move forward about 2 feet, then bend backward and "walk" down the wall with your hands. How far can you go?.

How high can you kick?

Do you have cracking in your knees when you do a leg squat?

How flexible are your feet? Do you walk with a spring in your step?

Do you have a feeling of suppleness and flexibility in your body? Do you walk and dance with grace and limberness?

Or do you walk on inorganic calcified encrustationís that give you misery? Your stiffness is not due to your age. You can keep your body flexible by proper care of your body.

So donít drink rain water. To survive and prevent a complete solidification of the brain, we must drink only distilled water.

Question: Does distillation takes out all the beneficial minerals?

Answer: Distillation, when combined with carbon filtration, will kill and remove virtually 100% of bacteria, viruses, cysts, as well as, heavy metals, radionuclides, organics, inorganics, and particulates. And yes, it will remove minerals, which fall under volatile organic contaminants (VOC's).

All of our minerals are derived from our food: fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, grains, nuts, and dairy products. The minerals in water are so scant that in Boston, MA for example, one would have to drink 676 8-ounce glasses of tap water to obtain the Recommended Daily Allowance ( RDA) of calcium. That person would have to drink 1,848 8-ounce glasses to get RDA of magnesium, 848 8-ounce glasses to get RDA of iron, and 168,960 8-ounce glasses to obtain the RDA of phosphorus. It seems insane to even think about drinking that much water. Most people can't even drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day that is widely touted by health experts.

Question: Does distilled water leach minerals from our body?

Answer: Distilled water will not leach minerals from your body. There has never been any documented evidence to prove this claim true. It doesn't leach out minerals that have become part of the cell structure. It can't and won't. It collects only minerals that have already been rejected or excreted by the cells. To suggest that distilled water takes up minerals from foods so that the body derives no benefit from them is absurd. It is perfectly safe to drink.

Question: Does long continued drinking of distilled water cause deterioration of the teeth?

Answer: Long term drinking of distilled water is not deleterious to your teeth.

Question: Does distilled water taste bland or have a ' flat taste'?

Answer: Distilled water does not taste bland or flat. A reason for distilled water having this label for 'flat taste' is if someone is accustomed to drinking chlorinated or well water high in iron content for a long time, then when they are suddenly introduced to distilled water for the first time, it is a shock, noticeable to their taste buds. People raised on high iron in their well water for instance, would be used to its 'sweet' taste, but when given distilled water might say it tastes 'flat' since it is iron free.

Many people are led to believe that you need minerals in water to give it its taste. It is actually oxygen that gives water its taste. Water shouldn't have a taste or a metallic after bite. Try either a cold or room temperature glass of freshly made distilled water and taste the difference for yourself... It's delicious.

Question: Is distilled water not effective against organic chemicals?

Answer: VOC'S are organic chemicals that have lower boiling points than tap water, for e.g., benzene. When water is being boiled to 212 degrees Fahrenheit in the boiling tank, if VOC'S are present they will vaporize and rise up with the steam as a gas. Many distillers today utilize a volatile gas vent, which is a pin hole in the top of the condensing coils to vent off any unwanted gases. If the VOC's do happen to escape this vent, then the carbon post filter will trap them. Carbon pre treatment before distillation will remove a majority of chlorine and VOC'S, whereas the post filter is mainly used as a polishing filter. In cases of manual distillers, only post carbon filtration is used and is sufficient in removing VOC'S and unwanted gases.

Question: Are distillers expensive to run?

Answer: Home distillers take about 3 kilowatts to make 1 gallon of distilled water. On the basis of the Unites States average of 7.8 cents per kilowatt hour, that's under 25 cents to make 1 gallon. Is 25 cents a gallon too much to pay for pure distilled water made fresh in your home? Amortization of the initial purchase of the distiller can be made in a short time.

Maintenance of a distiller is changing pre and/or post carbon filters about every 6 - 12 months and periodically draining out the residue left over from the boiling process. If there is a heavy scale build-up accumulating in the boiling tank, there are cleaning agents available. The two most popular cleaners; citric acid and sulfamic acid, a stronger agent, are recommended to soften and loosen up the scale.

Question: Will distilled water help my complexion?

Answer: Distilled water will help you have a smooth, firm, radiant complexion in two ways; by drinking it for internal cleanliness, and by cleansing your skin with it externally. Hard water seals the pores and tends to clog them. For thorough, healthful cleansing, use distilled water and a pure soap (from your health food store) on your skin. Question: Is distilled water recommended for babies?

Answer: It is not only recommended, it is prescribed for them by doctors. It should be used not only internally but also externally for babies, as diaper rash and other skin problems can result from hard water deposits even on freshly washed clothing.

Question: Can distilled water help with my arthritis?

Answer: Yes. Take a quarter cup of raw apple cider to a gallon of distilled water, flavored with raw honey. But remember, it took years to build up your arthritic condition, so donít expect overnight "miracles".

Question: Can animals and wild life tell the difference in water?

Answer: Yes. Place the 9 different kinds of water before a goat, for example, and he will select the distilled water.

Meat was not provided in the Garden of Eden. The Molars in the back of your mouth are grinding molars, theyíre not sharp teeth like a cat has (lion, tiger, cougar). Those are animals that re meant to eat meat. You canít put your mouth on the hide of an animal and rip out its meat, because your teeth werenít designed to eat flesh.

We have 30 feet of intestines, the same as a horse, cow, or deer. Theyíre meant to eat grass and grains. Cats have a very short intestine, and itís strait, so meat can get out of their system very rapidly. Otherwise it putrefies in the intestines. Humans donít have the right enzymes to properly digest meat. Catís have them, but we donít. Our bodies were not meant to eat meat.

Do this experiment: Take a pound of hamburger or steak and put it on the kitchen counter for 3 days. Turn the heat in your house up to 100 degrees and see how that meat swells at the end of that time. Well, thatís what happens in your body! It takes 3 days for meat to get through your long intestine, and your body temperature is 98.6 degrees. So the meat putrefies and you take in all those toxins into your blood stream, and the blood stream distributes them all over your body.

Meat is 40% fat, even if you trim all the fat around the edges, because the fat is actually in the muscle fiber. Poultry is 40% fat, even if you remove the skin. Chicken, turkey, and fish are high in fat. None of these have any fiber in them. Theyíre very high in protein, much more than we need. Plus meat in the animal concentrates pesticides that are given to the animal in the grains they eat. All the poultry, meat, and fish are full of chemicals.

Meat protein is heavily saturated with a powerful toxic material called uric acid. Gout is due to a disturbance in the production, destruction, and excretion of uric acid. 5 or 6 milligrams per 100 milligrams is normally in the blood. When this amount is exceeded, Gout is evident.

The meat breakdown products are carcinogenic, and causes cancer, particularly in your colon, and then spreads to other places in your body. Fat causes coronary artery disease. Meat and dairy products have a lot of sodium from the tissues of the animal, which contributes to high blood pressure.

Meat is a rich source of protein, but is a major source of uric acid and cholesterol. We only need 30 grams of protein a day. Anything over this cannot be stored in the body, and the liver must break it down, and the liver gets worn down breaking down so much protein. Cats have 20 times the amount of hydrochloric acid in their stomach as humans do to break it down this acid protein of the animals.

People give animals hormones, pesticides, and anti-biotics in their food. When you eat the meat, youíre taking all of that in your body. All meat is diseased. Beef has a problem with "mad cow disease" in England. The cows develop holes in their brain, and they get demented before they die. Theyíve killed millions of cattle in Britain to try to stop this disease. A number of people have already gotten "Mad cow" in England, and died from it. The incubation period from the time one is exposed (eat the meat) to the time one gets sick is 5 to 15 years. They expect an enormous epidemic of "Mad cow disease" thatís been transmitted to humans. This is 100% fatal. We import meat from many other countries, and most of the meat from other countries is not inspected. Cows also have "Bourine Leukemia Virus" and "Cow aids".

Chicken is more diseased than beef and other meats. Chicken and turkey all contain "salmonella bacteria". 4 million people get this bacteria poisoning in North America every year. They get this from chickens, milk, and eggs. The eggs of a chicken are made to power a chick for 21 days while it has no other food. Itís full of fat. Cowís milk is also made to turn a 65 pound calf into a 400 pound cow, and has a lot of fat in it too. Seafood is very polluted because all our streams, rivers, and oceans are polluted.

Meat is difficult to digest, it causes an increase in your blood pressure, and contains poisonous wastes. When an animal is slaughtered, it has this hormonal surge because it was terrified as it was being slaughtered. You eat that in the meat. Meat lacks fiber. Cows are fed "offal", these are the products of other animals that are killed, the stuff thatís not sent to markets, such as intestines. Youíre getting the damaged and waste products from other animals when you eat it. Thatís how they determined that the cows in England got "Mad cow disease". It was a disease of sheep. But they were feeding the intestines of the sheep to cows, and thatís how the disease was transmitted to the cows.

Every 30 seconds someone dies of a heart attack in America, most of it caused by eating meat and animal fat. Animal fats ate solid at body temperatures, so it cakes all over the walls of your blood vessels (causing arteriolar sclerosis) and intestines. So the intestines are not as effective and mobile to move the waste out of your body.


The grim story behind Fluoridation

Millions of innocent people have been brainwashed by the aluminum companies to believe that by adding sodium fluoride to our drinking water and toothpaste we will reduce tooth decay. Fluorine made the atomic bomb possible. The only scientific way to free the quantities of fissionable Uranium 235, buried in the inert mass of its parent U-238, was to force uranium hexafluoride gas through gas through many acres of porous barriers, gradually concentrating it. This created a deadly toll and a terrible hazard from radiation. Fluorine is used as a standard roach and rat killer and is the number 1 pesticide.

It was in the year 1939 that a famous institute in the eastern part of America commissioned the instituteís biochemist to find a use for the sodium fluoride wastes produced by aluminum pot lines. Some 45 other industries had fluoride disposal problems, too. Many were tormented by expensive damage suits arising from the noxious effects of the poison on livestock and crops. Brick, steel, fertilizer, oil refineries, metal smelters, tile, ceramic plants, and many installations of Atomic Energy Commission were involved. The cost of elimination of the chemical was fantastically high. Couldnít this by-product be put to profitable use instead?

Now, this biochemist was a clever a cunning man, and he came up with a big money-making idea: why not dissolve the stuff in drinking water? Now, this biochemist had absolutely no medical background and had made not one clinical research on the action of sodium fluoride in the body chemistry. His idea went over big with the companies who were bedeviled with the sodium fluoride wastes.

The next step was not hard. Turn the idea over to the advertising companies and let them brainwash the public mind that the greatest health measure in modern times had been discovered. Give a "sob story" to the American public. The American public is so very gullible. If it is scientific sounding, the public will bite - hook, line and sinker. So they used a tall tale that sodium fluoride in drinking water and toothpaste would prevent tooth decay in children. That line of sales talk hit a responsive chord. At last, a way to prevent tooth decay! Every intelligent and thinking person know that tooth decay comes from poor nutrition, especially the use of refined white sugar.

Big business and big business professional organizations have a way of sticking together. And remember, they have most of the news media with them because of the economic control exerted by the publishersí chief source of income, advertising. So the great business and professional organizations, with the aid of newspapers, magazines, radio and television, blasted out the sodium fluoride to brainwash the American people. Any one who questioned the poisoning of drinking water and toothpaste with sodium fluoride was called stupid, dishonest, ignorant, uninformed, and backward! Most doctors and dentists surrendered to these powerful forces for fear of being discredited in their communities, although you can always find some honest and sincere professional men who fight for truth, no matter how others might ridicule them! Extreme pressures were put upon city and state governments to fluoridate the drinking water. Big business and big professional organizations which can act like the Mafia, do not take "No" for an answer! They know how to make state and city officials think their way.

Fluorine is one of the most potent poisons known to man. Selling of this poison is big business, and it swells the bank accounts of the big companies who in turn pay dividends to their stockholders. And to think that this money is made by selling a waste product! City drinking water and toothpaste is being rapidly fluoridated due to the powerful organizations who are sponsoring this mass poisoning.


Nutritious Diet Plan

This is the diet thatís been written in the Holy Bible, the Garden of Eden diet, the way we were designed to eat; the way our bodies were meant to be nourished. Because you canít improve on God.

In a survey of 79 countries, America came in 79th in health. Heart attacks are the leading cause of death in this world. One cannot get sick unless their immune system is not working properly. This applies to cancer and every chronic disease, such as heart disease and auto immune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis. When youíre sick, the doctor gives you drugs. Drugs never cure chronic diseases, but only cover up the symptoms while the disease continues to get worse. Doctors learn very little about nutrition and true healing.

Radiation therapy, kemo therapy, and a mastectomy destroy whatís left of your immune system. It doesnít matter what disease you have, itís a result of the breakdown of your immune system.

Doctors are taught that thereís a specific drug or treatment for every different disease. They say itís ridiculous that one treatment can cure a variety of diseases. Yet, every doctor admits that itís the immune system that overcomes disease. So doesnít it make sense that if you rebuild your immune system, then it can get you well and keep you well?

Say you are going to buy a car, and there was this car that was guaranteed to last for 100 years and never need repairs. But you must use this special fuel that was designed for this car. This fuel is cheaper in price than the gas you would buy at the gas station. Would you use this fuel? Of course you would!

This is the same guarantee that God has given us for our bodies. We should eat the same food thatís designed by the same Creator that designed our body. Food off of a tree or out of a garden in its most natural state is food designed to nourish our body. It has everything we need in exactly the right ration.


Your diet should consist of:

Fruits: high in sugar, but the right kind of sugar.

Vegetables should be eaten raw, because it has all the natural enzymes to process food in your body.

Nuts are high in fat and protein, so take it easy on them.



For example:


Oatmeal (high in grain), raw fruit, whole wheat bread.


Fruit, or salad with many different vegetables in it.


Baked potato or yam or french fries with no oil in them, brown rice, grains, vegetables, salads. For spices, use bay leaves, marjoram, or thyme. If you use salt, do not but from store. Use solar sea salt, sun dried (not oven or kiln dried).

Try to get a quart or more of solar energized (fresh squeezed) fruit and vegetable juices into your body every day. A balanced diet is made up of 3/5 raw fruit and vegetables; 1/5 protein, either animal or vegetable; 1/3 of 1/5 natural sugars such as honey; 1/3 of 1/5 natural starches such as whole grains or brown rice; and 1/3 of 1/5 unsaturated fats such as corn oil, olive oil, Soya oil or safflower oil.

Meat, potatoes, refined flower, white bread, coffee, tea, sugary desserts, starchy and fatty foods, and proteins are all high in acid content. Fruits and vegetables (with a few exceptions) are alkaline forming. A balanced diet is one that is about 3/5 alkaline and 2/5 acid. About 60% of the diet should be raw fruits and vegetables and their fresh juices. Properly cooked vegetables, sunflower and sesame seeds should constitute the protein foods.



The best organic iron sources are greenleaf vegetables such as watercress, raw spinach (do not eat cooked spinach as too much oxalic acid is produced by heat), raw parsley, sprouts (alfalfa and soy), raw Italian squash, Swiss chard, dandelion greens, green cabbage, leeks, nasturtium leaves, Bib lettuce, green lettuce, skins of unwaxed cucumbers, avocado, horseradish, beet greens, artichokes, asparagus, carrots, tomatoes, mustard greens, corn, sorrel, black radish, pumpkin, and corn.

The sun dried natural fruits are high in iron, apricots being the highest, followed by black figs, prunes, peaches, dates and raisins, blackstrap and Barbados molasses, raw wheat germ, cooked soy beans, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, squash seeds, Brewer's yeast, whole barley, dried beans of all kinds.

Many fresh fruits have iron: blackberries, grapes, cherries, and the juices of these fruits, oranges, peaches, pears, strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries, and raspberries. Your body needs organic iron, not the iron that comes from inorganic sources. This iron is dangerous to your body. Stay away from inorganic minerals!

Brain food: Soybeans are exceptionally rich in lecithin, and should be eaten several times weekly. Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds are all healthful brain foods. The brain needs phosphorus. It's found in all kinds of beans, such as pinto beans, garbanza beans, dried lima beans and lentils. Other sources are all 100% whole grains, brown rice, almonds, peanuts and walnuts. Lean meat, egg yolk, and natural, unprocessed cheese contain organic phosphorus.

Meat isn't the only thing that has Vitamin B-12; dulce, noree, seaweed, wheat grass, and barley greens have them too. Grains contain 10% protein; green vegetables and nuts 15%; legumes, beans, lentils 25%, so you don't need to eat meat for protein. The protein animals have comes from grass, alfalfa, hay, maze, grains. The most powerful creatures on this planet are vegetarians; elephants, horses, bulls and steer.


General Rules for Eating

Do not eat fruit and vegetables at the same meal, because fruit has a lot of sugar in it, and if you're eating vegetables, it'll take a long time to process with all the fiber in vegetables. You won't be able to get the food out of your stomach into your intestines for a long time, and the sugar will ferment and cause digestive disturbances and gas.

Chew your food until it's liquid in your mouth, because there's certain enzymes in saliva which aren't reproduced in the stomach. Otherwise, it won't be fully digested when it goes into your intestines (even though it's in microscopic particles), and when it gets assimilated through the intestinal walls into your bloodstream, the blood will not recognize it as what it should be, and might make anti-bodies against it. That's one way people get allergies.

Our fat requirement is 50 grams a day. Don't eat more than 30 grams of protein a day. Don't have more than 2 slices of whole wheat bread a day (eat only from the health food store or make it yourself. Do not eat bread that's been enriched, because they take all the nutrients out).

Don't eat in between meals, because your intestines will never have a chance to rest. Don't eat late at night, your intestines have to work all night long. The body gets rejuvenated at night.

On baked potatoes, add flack seed oil.

Don't microwave food, it changes its character.

Don't fry anything. Bake or cook on the stove, or eat raw.


General Rules for Drinking

Don't drink with your meals, because you dilute the digestive juices in your stomach so your food doesn't digest as well. Drink not sooner than a half hour before you eat, and no sooner than an hour after you eat. Wait until digestion takes place before you drink liquids.

You should drink 6 glasses of carrot juice a day (8 glasses if you have cancer). Barley green is a powder to put in juices, and it's one of the most nutritious foods you can buy. Put a heaping tablespoon in at least 4 glasses of carrot juice.

Chew Juices, swish it in the mouth for 20-30 seconds. It'll stimulate taste buds and saliva glands to produce and secrete the enzyme Tylne, to break down the carbohydrates into simple sugars and starches. Do this only on the 1st and 2nd mouthful.

You can make dark green leafy vegetable juice (from chard, green pepper, romaine lettuce). 4 glasses a day. You can mix fruit and vegetables together in drinks, because your body doesn't digest it.

Milk: spinach, sprouts, broccoli and leafy green vegetables have lots of calcium, so you don't need to drink milk. The cow gets its calcium from the grass it eats. In fact, humans are the only species that drinks milk after they're a child, and no other animal drinks the milk from another animal! 50% of the population of the world is allergic to milk, because they don't have the proper enzymes to digest milk. The modern methods of milk production (factory farming) involves giving them hormones and anti-biotics so they'll have this great outpouring of milk. Unfortunately, we drink these toxins in the milk, and they have been found to be harmful to humans. American milk has been BANNED in almost every country in the world due to this fact.


Other general rules

Cancer begins in the colon, including breast, brain, and stomach cancer, because you take in all these toxins, and don't drink enough distilled water. You should have as many bowel movements a day as you eat. If you eat 3 meals a day, have 3 bowels a day. Otherwise, the food stays in your intestines longer, and you re-absorb the toxins.

Do not use toothpaste with fluoride in it!

Get all household chemicals out of house, into garage, etc., so you don't inhale those toxins.

Not enough distilled water causes high blood pressure.



Carrot juice is an anti-toxin. Use 3 carrots and one apple for one glass. You can keep juices for 2 or 3 days in refrigerator.

1 glass of carrot juice has 2.5 times more calcium than milk. Spinach has 4 times more calcium than carrot juice (10 times more than milk). 1 pound of carrots gives 5-6 grams of protein, 30mg. Of Vitamin C, Niacin, B-complex, Beta Carotene, and 20,000-25,000 units of Vitamin A.

Cabbage juice cures ulcers.

Cantaloupe, honey dew melon, and watermelon, all with the skin, are the best fruits. Do not mix anything else with them!


Food hints

Ice cream has many chemicals in it. One is used to treat lice, one is used in antifreeze, and one is used in rubber cement. But you can make your own ice cream! Peel bananas and put them in freezer. Then mix them with strawberries or dates in blender.

French fries: cut them up and put olive oil on the bottom of the cookie sheet. Don't fry! Bake them for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Cook broccoli, cauliflower, and greenbeans without water. Dice onion and put them in pan, add tomato. Place broccoli on top of onions, place lid on top. Use flame diffuser, cook on very low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour. This way it won't lose any nutrients in water, and you keep the cells from bursting. Do the same with cauliflower.

To keep sprouts and lentils from drying, rinse and put in distilled water overnight. Drain them, and water twice a day.

Sea vegetation converts the inorganic minerals of the sea into organic minerals. Sprinkle sea kelp on food and salads, it gives the food a tangy flavor and at the same time furnishes the body with a large amount of iodine. In addition to that, you can take a 5-grain tablet of kelp every day.

Avoid these "food-less" foods entirely: 1) refined white flour and its products, mushy cereals, dry supermarket cereals, and other refined grain foods. 2) Fried or mashed potatoes. 3) Refined white sugar and its products. To digest sugar, the intestines has to draw from mineral reserves of body, causing tooth decay, thinning of hair, and weak bone structure. Processed sugar consumes oxygen, wears out pancreas, causes diabetes, immobilizes immune cells, coats cells for about 4 hours so they can't eat germs. 4) Coffee, tea, alcohol, cola and other soft drinks, they drain water out of your system. Coffee causes bladder cancer. Diet soda contains aspertain which damages the nervous system. 5) White rice, pearly barley. 6) Salt. Read labels, and if "salt" is listed as an ingredient, keep away from it. This includes processed cheese, salty canned vegetables, salted canned fish, hot dogs, luncheon meats, ham, bacon and corned beef.

Meat should not be eaten more than 3 times a week. Fresh fish is the best of the flesh proteins. Next comes chicken and turkey, but never eat the skin, which is heavy in cholesterol. Third place goes to lamb and beef.

People should not eat pork of any kind. The pig is the only animal besides man that develops artiorsclerosis or hardening of the arteries. In fact, they're so loaded with cholesterol that in cold weather, unprotected pigs and hogs will become solid and stiff as though frozen. Also, this animal is often infected with a dangerous parasite called trichinosis.

Outside of fruits and vegetables, drink no other water except steam produced distilled water. It is the purest water on the face of the earth. It contains no solid matter of any kind, there are no minerals in it, organic or inorganic. It's made solely of hydrogen and oxygen. It can be used as drinking water to cook with, and water to put in electric steam irons and batteries. It is so pure that all liquid drug prescriptions are formulated with distilled water. Distilled water is not dead water. Fish will not live in distilled water because fish require vegetable growth in water, and vegetable growth needs inorganic minerals to live.

It is important to clean and detoxify the body. To dissolve and eliminate inorganic minerals from your body, the best thing to do is to go on a 1 week to 10 day fast, eating nothing but watermelon and watermelon juice, along with distilled water.



You must get more oxygen into the body to help dissolve the encrustation's on the arteries. Get out and jog, swim, ride a bike, or take a brisk 2 mile walk. Postural exercises prevent a curved back and a stooped neck. Walk tall, stand tall, and sit tall; make your muscles work to keep you stretched up as tall as possible at all times. Do not exercise in a gym because you will breathe the same air as others.



Sunlight does not cause skin cancer. Fat with sunlight will cause cancer. Sun lotion will cause cancer. Beta-carotene is good for protecting against sunburn. You should have 30 minutes of sunlight per day. Exercise outside. Sunlight changes cholesterol to Vitamin D, and stimulate cells to fight bacteria.

The air and sunlight causes negatively charges ions in the air, which is exhilarating. On the other hand, air conditioning and heat causes positively charged ions, and causes fatigue, headaches, and dizziness. The more you stay outdoors, the better. It has an inhibitory effect on cancer. Sleep with windows open.


Beet Soup

Raw beets and celery have the highest amounts of organic sodium. Here's a Borscht type of beet soup:

1 small onion, minced 2 cups shredded green cabbage

3 cups shredded raw beets 3 fresh tomatoes (or 1 cup canned unsalted tomatoes)

1 cup shredded carrots 1 teaspoon lemon juice or natural cider vinegar

1 cup diced celery Ĺ teaspoon kelp seasoning

2 potatoes, diced, skin and all 2 tablespoons unsaturated oil such as soy, corn, olive, safflower

2 cloves garlic, minced Ĺ cup sour cream, optional

Mince onion and sautť in oil until yellow, about 3 minutes. Add 1 Ĺ quarts of steam-produced distilled water with vegetables. Simmer about 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Season with lemon juice, or pure natural apple cider vinegar. Optional: serve garnished with sour cream.



The one who created your body knows how to take care of it. Be stronger than your physical cravings. Do not give way to any temptation, and you will soon find that the inclination will vanish. The really healthy man's greatest triumph is the victory over self. Have an attitude of gratitude. Be thankful. Anger destroys the immune system. And help others.

Exodus 15:26, "...if thou wilt indeed hear the voice of the LORD thy God, and do things pleasing before him, and will hearken to his commands, and keep all his ordinances, no disease...shall I bring upon thee, for I am the LORD thy God that heals thee."

Exodus 23:25, "And thou shalt serve the LORD thy God, and I will bless thy bread and thy wine and thy water, and I will turn away sickness from you."

Deuteronomy 7:12,15, "And it shall come to pass when ye shall have heard these ordinances, and shall have kept and done them, that...the LORD thy God shall remove from thee all sickness."

Psalm 103:2-4 (Psalm 102:2-4 - LXX), "Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His praises. Who forgives all thy trangressions, who heals all thy diseases; He redeems thy life from corruption; who crowns thee with mercy and compassion."
