I wanted to HealthForward a couple of really good articles I came across lately regarding food. Both of these articles were written by one of my favorite natural health editors named Barbara Minton. The first article is about the many benefits of eating Spinach. If your like me, Spinach is not one of those food items I liked as a child but I have really grown to appreciate and love not just the benefits but the taste as well. Spinach packs a powerful punch for the fight against cancer. It’s great for your brain, great for your eyes and did you know that spinach is a great source of Iron, which is key to help transport oxygen from your lungs to all the cells of your body. This is a key point because the more oxygenated your cells the less likely you will be to get cancer since cancer cannot live in an oxygen environment. I have placed this article on my website under the heading Nutritional Replenishment, then under Nutrition Article database, where you can always find it. Here is a shortcut to the actual article hosted by Natural News… http://www.naturalnews.com/026273.html
The second article I wanted to share is about the Aronia berry bush also known as the Chokeberry. This is a power packed berry full of antioxidants. Remember, the more antioxidants you have the better your body will be able to combat the free radicals in your body. I have one of these plants on order at my local Ace Hardware store and will be here next week. I can’t wait to get it planted. Book of the month:
Currently I am reading Your Body Doesn’t Lie by John Diamond, M.D.. This is a great book about understanding your body and using Kinesiology to test your own bodies weak and strength points and identifying the things in your life that contribute to your being weak or strong.
