HealthForward Online #31 Interview with Lisa Montgomery

Quote Of The Day - ”Life is not merely being alive, but being well.” – Martial, 66 AD, Epigrams

On Friday Oct 23rd, author Lisa Montgomery came to town and I was able to spend a few moments with her and ask her a few questions. Lisa just wrote her first book called Raw Inspiration: Living Dynamically with Raw Food. Lisa believes that raw foods are more than just a diet fad or menu choice, they’re a source of inspiration to change your health and life!

I have read a lot of book on Raw Foods and this book is definitely one of the best ever! The recipes are simple and quick to prepare and best of all the ingredients are ones I can find in my local supermarket. Lisa’s website is http://www.livingdynamically.com/

Coming up in my next newsletter, I’ll share some GREAT info about the importance of taking a Vitamin D supplement and I’ll share my own test results.

About HealthForward Russ

My name is Russ Bechthold and I am a natural health advocate. I created HealthForwardOnline in 2005 as a way to share information about health topics that you most likely wont hear from the main stream American medical establishment. If it's an alternative approach to finding solutions to a health challenge, sharing proactive ways to prevent disease or simply increase public awareness about natural health and alternatives, that's what healthForward is all about. I have witnessed firsthand the power of Natural cures, without drugs or surgery and I am a firm believer that the body is a created miraculous work of God's art and it's power to heal is limitless if the conditions are right with both mind and body.
