My name is Russ Bechthold and I am a natural health advocate. I created HealthForwardOnline in 2005 as a way to share information about health topics that you most likely wont hear from the main stream American medical establishment. If it's an alternative approach to finding solutions to a health challenge, sharing proactive ways to prevent disease or simply increase public awareness about natural health and alternatives, that's what healthForward is all about.
